尾牙 -- Boss entertains employee day

今天尾牙是老闆請客的大日子，一年就那麼一次不知道雞頭會到誰，如果都沒被對到那恭喜啦！

今天照習俗也是吃"割包"的日子。"割包"又叫虎咬豬，照片裡蒸麵包像張著大嘴的老虎咬著滷的香噴噴的豬肉，配上炒的剛剛好的酸菜、香菜及花生粉，只有一句話"好吃"沒有試過不知它的味美。

吃香蕉了 -- Banana

吃香蕉了。有機香蕉樹上黃沒農藥沒施肥也沒泡藥水，雖然不漂亮但香味十足。

哥哥找到雙胞胎香蕉得意的不得了，妹妹說我也要照相。

媽媽從田裡採回來的

老薑也是今天才收的很漂亮不輸市場賣的。

投票日 -- voting day

2008 立委選舉.等了好久總算到了投票日，總覺得好像有一口怨氣想要借這次投票發出。看到開完票結果如我所願，真好！我想有不少人像我一樣的感覺。81 : 27 可以放煙火了.

綠建築圖書館 -- A Green Library

台北市立圖書館北投分館是臺灣首座綠建築圖書館，前幾天在報紙上看到詳細的介紹，找個好天氣與我妹帶著兩個小朋友去看看---一個讓人放鬆心情閱讀的地方，室內有成排的窗戶帶進室外一片綠意，只可惜週日只開放到五點下次要早點去，順路到附近走走參觀溫泉博物館。-- Taipei Public Library Beitou Branch ,Taiwan first green construction library. recent days see the introduction in the newspaper. Sunday is a good weather day with my younger sister and her two kids to have a look.It's a lets the person relax mood reading the place,on sunday only opens to 5 pm we must leave, next time earlier goes.On the way to visit neighbor Hot spring museum.

咖啡天堂--My coffee heaven

好像給了不太正確的答覆 -- Is Not Correct Answer

今天有人問我台灣是否有像外國聖誕節買禮物的習慣，我回答有，在過農曆新年時，可是我再仔細想了一下好像不太對，像我家就很少買禮物都是給紅包。
Today some one asked me ,Taiwan have some kind holiday like Christmas buy gift custom, I reply "yes". when Chinese lunar new year, but I carefully had thought again, looks like not , my family haven't the custom to buy the gift, all is for the cash gift put in a red envelope.

平安夜何處去？Christmas Eve where goes ?

玉山下雪了，雖然只下了30分鐘但是也讓台灣有一點聖誕節的氣氛，不知道你準備好了沒。平安夜要去教會還是去舞會，還是來一頓聖誕大餐。無論如何祝你聖誕快樂。

Yushan(Taiwan's highest mountain) snowed . Although only got down 30 minutes but also to let Taiwan have Christmas days the atmosphere.Christmas Eve where goes ? Goes to the church or to the dance party, or Christmaswestern-style food. Wishes your Merry Christmas .

冬至與湯圓 -- Winter Solstice and Dumpling

今天 12/22是冬至，冬至吃湯圓是台灣的傳統，這一天是白天最短黑夜最長的日子。Today 12/22 is Winter Solstice, and the day eat dumpling is Taiwanese tradition, and the day is Shortest daytime and Longest dark night in an entire year.
Dumplings made of glutinous rice flour served in soup . In box is uncooked, Boiled in bowl with granulated suger .通常都會準備 6 碗，3 碗拜天公 3 碗拜土地公。
we always prepare 6 bowls.
3 bowls sweet dumplings to do obeisance the God.
Another 3 bowls obeisance the Groundskeeper God .
