早餐吃香蕉真的可以減肥嗎?

吃香蕉當早餐可減肥?早餐吃香蕉就可減肥?日本人這麼說 這種「吃香蕉瘦身法」,標榜只要早上起床後,吃定量的香蕉,並喝白開水,其他兩餐可以正常的進食,不需忍受挨餓節食的痛苦,也能減輕體重。真的還是假的?不過聽說只能吃兩根。
這是我家後院種的香蕉,不過是年初時拍的。
